I called Stampede Doors at 6 o’clock on January 5 2015 and not only did they answer the phone (with a real live human), they promised to come to my home the next morning, and actually arrived EARLY. In 30 minutes they had gotten the rollers back on track, tightened the screws on the door, replaced a bolt and shoveled the top of my driveway to boot. Their staff were friendly, efficient and professional, and their fees were beyond reasonable. 100% satisfied with this company, and they will be the first ones I call in the event of another garage door incident.

Called Stampede Doors when one of our garage doors was closing with a big gap on one side. Same day service within 2 hours of calling. They quickly replaced the cables, noting that one had rusted and broken. Inspected both doors, replaced one roller (free of charge). Awesome guys and great service.

My cable rusted out and snapped. I needed it replaced as soon as possible. Stampede gave me an estimate over the phone and came out the following day and fixed the problem. They did exactly what they said they would do, were on time, efficient, and friendly, and at the agreed price. Most importantly they guarantee their work and when I had a minor hiccup with the door afterwards (sensor misalignment) they came by and fixed it with no hassle. Will use them again.

My springs suddenly broke. Without the springs I couldn’t even force the door open on my own – I learned the springs are also necessary for a manual lift.
